Spaces available for summer quilt orientation classes

 

LEVELLAND – Spaces are still available for the summer quilting class presented by South Plains College’s Division of Continuing and Distance Education. An orientation class is set for 5:30 p.m.. on Tuesday (June 1) in Room 121 of the Technical Arts building. The cost of the class is $55. The weekly classes will begin June 7 at 5:30 p.m..

The instructor will be Vickey Vest.

The French Braid Quilt is an updated version of a traditional pattern. It uses 11 dark fabrics and 11 light fabrics to achieve a scrappy, modern look. Join the class on orientation night for more information on supplies needed for the class.
