SPC to host 2025 Senior Sneak Preview Day on Feb. 7
LEVELLAND – South Plains College will give area high school seniors a preview of college life during the annual Senior Sneak Preview Day on Feb. 7 on the Levelland campus.
The half-day event begins with registration at 9 a.m. in the Texan Dome as guests meet representatives of SPC student clubs and organizations. Pre-registration is available on the Senior Sneak webpage.
SPC President Robin Satterwhite and student leaders will welcome guests during the opening assembly at 9:30 a.m. During the program showcase at 10 a.m. at multiple locations on campus, seniors can talk to SPC faculty members and current students about career choices, the college’s academic programs and student life.
For parents, a panel of student services staff will provide need-to-know information on financial aid, scholarships, academic transfer, career planning, TSI and admission at 10 a.m. in the Sundown Room.
Campus tours will begin at 11 a.m., and an open house will start at noon in the P.E. Complex. Representatives from student services and on-campus organizations will be available to answer questions during the open house.
The Housing Office will host tours of residence halls at noon while lunch is served in the P.E. Complex. The SPC Creative Arts Department will provide musical entertainment during lunch.
"Senior Sneak Preview Day is a chance for local high school seniors to be on campus, learn about South Plains College and see why it is a great place to start their college education,” Anastasia Maldonado, coordinator of new student programs at SPC, said.
