South Plains College to offer another quilting orientation class

LEVELLAND – For those who missed the first one, South Plains College will offer another quilting orientation class at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 6 in Room 121 of the Technical Arts Building. During orientation night, there will be three quilts available to view.

Afternoon and evening classes will be available and will start the week of Feb. 12. Weekly classes, which cost $55, will meet for eight weeks, and Block of the Month classes, which cost $75, will meet twice a month for six months.

“Come join us for a semester full of fun and for new tips and tricks to make your quilts look professional,” Vickey Vest, quilting course instructor, said.
