SPC to host quilting orientation class on May 2

LEVELLAND – South Plains College will provide a quilting orientation class on May 2 (Tuesday) at 5:30 p.m.. in Room 121 in the Technical Arts Building. Registration will be conducted during orientation.

On orientation night, there will be quilts available to view as well as a list of supplies and fabric requirements.

Afternoon and evening classes will also be available. Classes will start on May 16. Weekly classes will meet for eight weeks. The cost is $55.

Interested participants are invited to make either "Exploding Heart" or "Exploding Texas Way" in the class.

The instructor will be Vickey Vest.
