SPC will offer a quilting orientation class on Sept. 12

LEVELLAND—South Plains College will offer a quilting orientation class at 5:30 p.m.. on Tuesday (Sept. 12) in Room 121 of the Technical Arts Building.

Vickey Vest will be the instructor.

The fall class will feature three new quilts. Scrap Stash Buster is a fun quilt using saved scraps.  Ombre Dimensions is another fun quilt using an ombre fabric. The third quilt is made from a panel and adding designed borders. 

Classes will last for six to eight weeks on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m.. to 7:30 p.m.. The cost is $55. Afternoon classes will also be available.
