SPC Reese Center to host Vocational Nurse Pinning ceremony on Dec. 14

 

REESE CENTER – South Plains College Reese Center Vocational Nursing class will host a Pinning Ceremony at 10 a.m. on Dec. 14 (Thursday) in the Center for Clinical Excellence.

Students will receive their nursing pin which marks the end of formal nursing education and makes each student eligible to write the National Council Licensing Exam for practical/vocational nurses.

Graduates from Lubbock will include Mallory Blocker, Courtney Hammock, Maria Palting, Jocelyn Tadlock, Amie Guzman and Latoya Wynn.

The graduate from Levelland is Hannah Hinojosa.

Graduates from Sundown will include Stacy Bost and Jordan James.

Other Texas graduates include Brynna Burke of Wolfforth, Brilee Compary and Janajha Walker, both of Seminole; Kamryn Cruz of Brownfield, Amanda Dechant-Johnson of Floydada; Faith Medrano of Elsa, Marcos Noyola of Wilson, Kyla Simpson of Matador.

The out-of-state graduate is Taylor Wiest of Riverton, Utah.
