SPC to offer new educational pathway for aspiring registered nurses
LEVELLAND – Via a new bridge program at South Plains College, licensed vocational nurses and paramedics can continue their education to become registered nurses. The accelerated hybrid program will help these licensed professionals achieve a new role sooner.
“We’re excited to have this program at our college as it will allow a lot of working professionals to further their education,” Dr. Tara Strawn, SPC’s dean of nursing programs, said.
For more information about starting the program, contact Jill Fowler, SPC Health Sciences administrative assistant, at 806-716-2391 or jfowler53@southplainscollege.edu.
