Applications open for summer SPC Vocational Nursing Program in Levelland

LEVELLAND – The application deadline for the summer South Plains College Vocational Nursing Program in Levelland is noon on Feb. 7. To apply for the program, which starts May 20, follow the steps listed on the SPC website here.

Applicants must complete all requirements for admission at SPC, be TSIA2 compliant, have a GPA of 2.0 or higher, and pass the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS). No pre-requisite courses are required for the program. For the full list of requirements, click here.

“We are excited to offer a summer start date for entrance into the Levelland LVN Program and allow students to get on the path to becoming a nurse quicker,” LVN Program Director Jennifer Steffey said. “We are also meeting the healthcare needs of the local community by preparing more nurses.”
