SPC announces guitar lessons with Commercial Music faculty members  

 

LEVELLAND – The Commercial Music Department at South Plains College introduces “Study with SPC Guitar Faculty Lessons” beginning Tuesday (Jan. 19). The lessons will run through May.

Guitar faculty members Darren Welch, instructor in commercial music, and Mark Wallney, assistant professor of commercial music, will provide face-to-face or Zoom sessions at the Levelland campus and the Lubbock Career and Technical Center. Students will have the option of a half-hour or one-hour session that will be arranged with the instructor.

The cost is $326 for a half-hour lesson or $465 for a full hour lesson over the 16-week semester.

Participating students do not have to be enrolled in the college to take the lessons. However, should a participant decide to enroll, he or she will receive credit for taking the lessons.
