SPC looking for students for Certified Nurse Aide course
LEVELLAND – South Plains College is looking for students to enroll in the upcoming Certified Nurse Aide course which begins Oct. 10 (Monday) at 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.. in the Allied Health building.
Enrollment is limited to 10 students. The class will be taught in-person and online.
The course costs $500 and the textbook costs to be announced. Clinicals to be determined.
Interested students must have proof of COVID vaccine or religious/medical waiver, Varicella or proof of chicken pox, immunization for MMR since 1981, Tetanus no older than 8 years, Hepatitis B Series, and have a current negative TB test no older than 1 year, photo identification, and social security card prior to enrollment. Students also must provide proof of Criminal History Search at the website – https://publicsite.dps.texas.gov/ConvictionNameSearch.
