Employee Survey Results and Analysis
The Employee Survey is designed to measure employee response to SPC's seven "Commitment
Statements" that form the organizational value system for the college. The survey
is administered in the spring of even-numbered years. Results are used by the Administrative
Council and instructional and administrative leadership to monitor the organizational
climate of the college.
