South Plains College benefit eligible employees have the option of enrolling for benefits when they first become eligible. Major medical insurance for employee and family coverage is available at no cost to the employee. Optional coverages including Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Dependent Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability are available at employee’s expense.
Benefit Information:
The Texas Employees Group Benefits Program (GBP) is the insurance program administered by the Employees Retirement Systems of Texas (ERS). ERS administers benefits for employees of state agencies, higher education institutions, and other groups including South Plains College.
