CC. Service and Repair of College Equipment
Equipment repair and service will be processed as follows:
1. If a current maintenance agreement is in effect covering service to the equipment, the vendor providing the service should be contacted by the department. This procedure covers repair and service to be done at no charge under a maintenance agreement.
2. Should a charge be made for repairs not covered by a service contract the department head will submit a requisition for the estimated amount before the service is performed. The procedure outlined in "Purchasing Operating Policy" (CBA) should be followed.
3. All repairs to computer/peripheral equipment must be coordinated through the Associate Dean of Information Technology.
