Agriculture - Online - On Campus
SPC now offers two ways to obtain your Associate of Science Degree in Agriculture. If a traditional classroom education is in your best interest, we offer a curriculum that will fit your educational goals. If time, travel, convenience and cost are limiting factors for your educational achievements; we invite you to explore ONLINE AGRICULTURE at South Plains College. Both curricula are designed to provide the first two years of study toward a bachelor's degree in any agricultural field of study.
Beyond our service area
South Plains College and Amarillo College have established a collaborative partnership that enables South Plains College to offer the Agricultural program to students in the Amarillo College service area, as well as SPC's service area. Students will be able to complete the curriculum for an Associate of Science Degree in Agriculture online through South Plains College.
If you choose online
A complete degree program is in place for you to complete your associate's degree 100% online. This is made available to you via WebCT. Classes are administered very similar to a traditional classroom, with the exception of being online. This is accomplished by using the latest technology designed for online instruction. Streaming videos, lecture materials, Power Point slides, book assignments, discussion forums, and other presentation methods are all designed for the online student to give you a one on one experience with your instructor.
